24 Sèvres x LVMH


Created in collaboration with the LVMH Visual Image Studio, 24 Sèvres is a new online luxury shopping experience for Le Bon Marché Paris, the world's first department store. It is also the first multi-brand luxury shopping platform launched by luxury conglomorate LVMH. Blending a heritage of innovation in visual merchandising and the irreverant sprit of the Rive Gauche store location, 24 Sèvres offers state-of-the-art shoppable virtual windows that blur the line between the physical store and online shopping. In another first in fashion, Parisian stylists are available for live, one-to-one video consultations on the 24 Sèvres website or with it’s AI powered ‘Style Bot’ on Facebook Messenger.



The project covered all aspects of a ground-up global retailer launch, from strategy to all creative elements, including branding, tone of voice, packaging, UX and eCommerce, visual merchandising and photography, illustration, social and content design, and shoppable eComm window displays that sync with the themes of the physical windows of Le Bon Marché in Paris.
